Corporate Suite Quick Start Guide

Thank you for signing up for YouSendIt Corporate Suite. The simple steps listed below are to help you get up and running quickly. If you have any questions, please contact support@yousendit.com.


1) Fill out the required fields to register as an administrator for your account.

 

2) You will receive an activation email containing a link. Please click this link to be taken to our login screen. Once at the login page you will need to enter your name and password to activate your account.

 

3) Once your are logged in, click the Administration tab.

 

4) To start adding users click the Add Users button

 

5) You can add users by importing them from a contact list, CSV file or manually. To manually add, type in the email(s), First Name(s), and Last Name(s) or Organization(s) of those you wish to administer. You may also communicate to your sub-users by typing in a message in the Message to new users text box. Once you are finished entering all the information, click the Add To User List button.

 

6) After you have sent out the invitation(s), you can view the status of each user. See who has accepted, who has rejected, and who is still pending.

 

Once users accept your invitation they will be ready to use the service. Once your users start sending and receiving files, you will be able to manage those users, get usage reports and enable them for Dropbox usage. With Corporate Suite you have the ability to add multiple Dropboxes, one per additional user you add.
